Black Swamp Bird Observatory Justice, Equity,
Diversity, and Inclusion Policy
Black Swamp Bird Observatory is dedicated to encouraging a supportive and inclusive culture among our entire team of board, staff, and volunteers. It is within our best interest to promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and eliminate discrimination in the workplace. Our aim is to ensure that all employees, job applicants, and volunteers are given equal opportunity and that our organization is representative of all sections of society. Each employee / volunteer will be respected and valued and able to give their best as a result.
