For more than 30 years, Black Swamp Bird Observatory has been delivering the message of the joyfulness of birds and the importance of protecting and conserving habitat. Transforming lives and changing the way people feel about birds - that's the heart and soul of what we do. With the support of caring people like you, we have accomplished great things over the last 30+years, and for that we thank you.
Even as we celebrate the successes of the past, we are moving strongly forward into the next 30 years of our mission, continuing the circle of giving that begins with you. You give to BSBO. This year, we set a Giving Tuesday goal of $10,000. It's a lofty goal, but the demand for our education programs is at an all-time high. In order to respond to the need for bird-related programming - and ensure that every program we offer meets the highest standards - we need to broaden and strengthen community partnerships, and grow our trained volunteer education team to help us provide more programming for schools. Achieving these goals requires time and resources.
